This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to everyone who uses Suggestible, including account owners, team members, client viewers, and anything that uses your API keys, site keys or MCP connection. Words with capitals (such as "Service", "Outputs" and "Client") have the meanings in the terms of service.
1. Prompts, brands, Clients and sites
Track the questions real customers ask about your business, your Clients and the market you work in. Tracking how AI names your rivals beside you is a normal use of Suggestible. Do not:
- (a) write prompts that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that seek instructions for harm;
- (b) put sensitive personal information (for example about health, religion, sexual life, criminal records or children), personal information about private individuals, or information you must keep confidential, into prompts, notes or uploads;
- (c) use Suggestible to build profiles of, monitor or target individual people;
- (d) track a brand for a Client, or connect a Client's data or site, without that Client's permission (tracking a prospect's public visibility for a pitch is allowed);
- (e) pretend to be a brand you do not represent, or use a name or logo on your client view or reports that you have no right to use, or that could mislead people about who you are or who made the report;
- (f) add a site you do not control in order to harm it, overload it or get around its access controls (checking the public pages of a rival or a prospect for comparison is allowed).
2. Outputs and what you publish
You are responsible for what you do with Outputs (terms of service, clause 5). Article drafts are a starting point: publishing them unedited, at scale, or in regulated fields without expert review may break platform rules, and doing so is your choice and responsibility. Do not use Outputs, including article drafts, to:
- (a) publish false, misleading or unsupported claims, fake reviews, invented endorsements or fake credentials;
- (b) copy or pass off other people's content, or infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights;
- (c) create spam, doorway pages, cloaked content, link schemes, mass low-quality pages, or anything else that breaks the published spam or quality rules of a search engine or AI platform;
- (d) try to manipulate AI assistants or search engines by deceptive means, such as hidden text aimed at AI crawlers, planted instructions in web pages ("prompt injection"), or fake sources;
- (e) make or support claims that need professional checking (for example medical, legal, financial or safety claims) without having them checked;
- (f) mislead anyone about whether content was written with the help of AI where the law or a platform's rules require you to say so.
3. Using the Service fairly
Do not:
- (a) share sign-in details, let more than one person use one sign-in, or go beyond the seats your trial or plan allows where it sets a limit;
- (b) open more than one free trial for the same business, or use several accounts to get around limits;
- (c) try to get around allowances, safety limits, rate limits, spend limits or bot checks;
- (d) copy, scrape, export or resell the Service or its answers in bulk, beyond the exports and API your plan includes, or use them to build or train a competing product or an AI model;
- (e) use the API or MCP connection in a way that puts unreasonable load on the Service, or share an API key outside your business;
- (f) probe, scan or test the security of Suggestible without our written permission, or try to reach another customer's data;
- (g) reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows;
- (h) upload anything that contains malware, or that you have no right to upload;
- (i) use the Service in a way that breaks the law, including data protection, consumer, advertising, competition, sanctions and export law;
- (j) use the Service in a way that breaks the terms of a Third-Party Service we rely on, or that could cause an AI assistant, data provider or Google to restrict our access.
4. Google and other connected data
Connect only Google Analytics properties, Search Console sites and other data you are allowed to share with Suggestible, and only for the business or Client they belong to. Follow Google's own terms and policies when you do.
5. Snippets, log feeds and keys on your sites
If you install a Suggestible code snippet or connect a log feed (for example from Cloudflare or Vercel) to a site, install it only on a site you or your Client control, test it, keep the site key private, and revoke it when no longer needed. Do not send us visitor data beyond what the feature asks for.
6. Reporting a problem
To report misuse, a security issue, or content you believe breaks this policy, write to info@ascendgroupmedia.com. If you find a security weakness, tell us privately and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.
7. What we do
7.1 If an account breaks this policy, we may remove content, revoke keys, pause tracking or a feature, or suspend or close a User or the account, under clause 24.2 of the terms of service. We give notice first where we reasonably can, but may act at once where there is a real risk to the Service, to other customers, to our access to a Third-Party Service, or of breaking the law.
7.2 Serious or repeated breaches may end the agreement under the terms of service. Fees are not refunded when we suspend or end an account for a breach of this policy that is proven, or that we reasonably believe has happened and have told you about, except where the law requires. Where we act to protect the Service without fault on your part, clause 24.3 of the terms of service applies instead.
7.3 We may report unlawful activity to the authorities, and we may share information with a Third-Party Service where needed to protect our access to it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the law, platform rules and the Service change. We will tell account owners about significant changes in the same way as for the terms of service.
